Frequently asked questions

What is included for free?

You can keep up to three scripts, use the teleprompter controls, record audio, and review or share recordings in Takes Manager. Pro adds unlimited scripts, camera recording, and remote control.

How do I import a script?

Save your script as a plain-text .txt file and use the import option in CueEasy. Review the text in the editor before prompting.

How can I make reading easier?

Increase the font size, lower the scrolling speed, and use the reading guide. Rehearse a short paragraph before recording a full take.

What is mirror mode for?

Mirror mode flips the text for a teleprompter glass rig. For ordinary reading directly from the screen, leave mirror mode off.

Where are my recordings?

Review recordings in the in-app Takes Manager. Video takes also save to Photos. On iOS, recordings are accessible in Files under On My iPhone → CueEasy.

Why is recording not working?

Check CueEasy’s microphone permission in your device settings. For video recording, also check camera and Photos permissions, confirm Pro access, and make sure your device has available storage.

How do I manage my Pro subscription?

On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your Apple Account name, then Subscriptions. Select CueEasy to review the subscription options.

Is cloud sync available?

The current description lists cloud sync as coming soon. It is not included as an available feature on this website.
